Your privacy is very important to the Owner of Application (hereinafter also the "App Owner"), and it is taken seriously. If you do not accept this Privacy Policy, you are not permitted to use the Application. In such case you must immediately discontinue the use of this Application and uninstall the Application.
The Application saves all the information input by the user locally in the device. This information is not shared with the App Owner or any third party. The Application may access and use device settings, alarm tones, ringtones and other media files saved on the device.
The Application works in partnership with certain third parties in order to understand how users engage with the Application and how to improve it. When you use the Application, your device automatically sends certain information to these analytics partners. The information gathered may include for example app usage, the device type and other technical information, operating system, the session length, crash logs and interactions with various user interface elements in the application.
Collected analytics data is anonymous and is not personal data. It does not collect, store or use any private information about you or your device content in a way to identify an individual user. Use of analytics services is essential in order to improve the Application quality.
At first Application startup, analytics partners may generate a random unique identifier which does not contain any personal information and cannot be used to uncover any such information.

The Application shows ads to provide some content free of charge. The advertising partners may collect additional data for their own purposes (e.g. to contextualize and personalize the ads in their own advertising networks). Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) should provide the consent for ads personalization on the first App use.
In this connection, the advertising partners may collect and use information about you, such as your session activity, device identifier and coarse geo-location information etc. Please note that the advertising partners operate under their own privacy policies.

You are responsible for backing up, to your own computer or other device or some other location, any important data stored or accessed via the Application. The App Owner does not guarantee or warrant that any content you may store or access through the Application will not be subject to inadvertent damage, corruption or loss.
The App Owner will use commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your information. However, the App Owner cannot be held liable for any loss of or disclosure of data or any losses or damages incurred due to errors in transmission or unauthorized or unlawful acts of third parties or your decision to disclose your personal information.
The App Owner may modify or amend the terms of this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice, by posting a copy of the modified or amended Privacy Policy online and by updating the Application. The most recent revision of the document may be requested from the App Owner. (See contact information below.) You will be deemed to have agreed to any such modification or amendment by your decision to continue using the Application following the date in which the modified or amended Agreement is made available.
